Upping my brow game with Rimmel’s New Brow Shake Filling Powder

Rimmel's New Brow Shake Filling Powder

When it comes to eyebrows, I’m sure I’m not the only one who believes that your brows can have a huge impact on the overall appearance of your face. When properly groomed they can frame your features. And with the arrival of brow Queen Miss Delevingne, there’s been a bigger focus than ever on brows. But creating perfect brows is hard work. There are so many different waxes, gels, powders and pencils on the market it’s hard to know which one will really work for you.

Well it seems Rimmel have come up with a new way to create the brows you want. And that’s with their new brow shake filling powder. This new range features a lightweight powder that is designed to fill and define your brows, while also lining the eyes.

Rimmel's New Brow Shake Filling Powder

With four shades in the collecting, ranging from a soft light brown all the way through to a dark black. You can really use these to create sculpted brows that will last throughout the day. The applicator is small enough for you to create soft strokes and fill in any gaps. You can also glide the applicator along your upper and lower lash lines for added definition.

Rimmel's New Brow Shake Filling Powder

I love how soft the applicator is to use and the fact that these brow shake filling powders are fade, smudge and water proof. So they really do last all day! Personally for me the dark brown shade is a good match for my brows. But I do love using the other shades to line my lashes. Although I got my brows microbladed last year. The treatment is due for a top up so using these have been ideal to use to fill in any gaps.

The Rimmel Brow Shake Filling Powders cost £5.99 each and are available from Superdrug.

What do you think of these? What is your favourite brow product to use?

Oh love the look of these. I’m from the generation that over plucked their eyebrows so mine are very thin and needs lots of TLC. I use benefit atm but switch it around frequently x

I love Rimmel I have to say! Cheap and cheerful and they get the job done. Will give this a go for sure

That applicator looks terrifying but Rimmer is usually spot on with their brow products so i’ll probably end up giving it a go and see for myself! I use a Soap & Glory pencil at the moment, which is exactly like my Anastasia Beverly Hills one only half the price.

OMG. I’m mortified at my typo. I obviously meant Rimmel – sorry! Haha!

I haven’t seen this product yet, but this one looks like it could be quite easy to use. It’s great that you can also use it to line your lashes.

I got my brows microbladed last year as well and your right eyebrows really do change your face. I use a dark brown to black for my brows. I usually mix shades x

I’d love to see this on before I commit to buying, I tried one with this sort of applicator before and I ended up with the dreaded slug brows! I might just go for it and pick one up and see if I can work with this one better!

I have just got these to try out and I’m actually really enjoying them so far. I find that they last all day and don’t smudge which is a great thing especially when I’m naturally fair but like a bold, darker brow xxx

Rimmel makes such great products! I’ve never used anything like this on my brows, but I’m starting to notice my left one thinning so I need to start!

Wow .. I’ve never used anything like this before and they look great. Forwarding your post to my daughter .. this kind of thing is right up her alley!

I’m so bad I don’t do anything with my brows, I really should change that. Mine aren’t thin so I don’t think I need a filling powder x

I’ve never used these before. I like to use dipbrow pomade on my brows x

OOOOO you read my mind and posted what I needed to look into. What a star. I wanted to try playing at doing something with my eyebrows and this is exactly what I’m looking for. Great price too!

These look so interesting! I’m much more of a powder girl but I have to say these have definitely intrigued me! I think they do need to create a couple more shades in eyeshadow products usually as there are always people inbetween the lightest and second lightest shade! xx

These look quite good. I use powders or get them tinted with a beautician but it’s good to have these options available. x

I use powder on my brows, so these look like something I’d love xo

I don’t really use anything on my brows, perhaps I would have benefited from a before/after picture to really see the effect.

I haven’t come across a product like this before but I’m intrigued enough to pop into my local Superdrug and treat myself.

This is the first time that I saw something like this and I want to try on my brow, looks promising

I really need to give these a try, as I made such a mess of my eye brows recently.

Love the look of these and like that they are smudge and waterproof! Going to hunt them down in Boots x

  22. February 22, 2017 / 6:29 pm

I’ve not seen anything like this before, that said I don’t tend to touch my eyebrows because I’m so blonde but it’s nice to see a shade that actually looks right for a change 😀

  23. February 22, 2017 / 10:59 pm

This is a good palette. The darkest shade seems fading away a little bit comparing to the rest of them, but it’s nice that Rimmel offer a colour for everyone.

What a fantastic product! I use Benefit at the moment but that 2nd lightest shade looks a perfect match to me. A great price too, so if it doesn’t suit, I haven’t wasted lots of money x
