I feel like we’re racing into spring, and while I love the changing seasons and the chance to trade the big jumpers and winter boots for t-shirts and sandals. One of the things I’m not looking forward to is getting my pale legs out. In fact I’m not sure if pale is even the right word. My legs have not seen any sunlight since last September. That’s a good six months of hibernation. And they are seriously pale. My whole is seriously pale! And while other might be heading off this Easter weekend to some exotic destination for a little sunshine. I’m heading to the beautiful, but probably not soarching, location of Windsor. Which is why fake tan has become my new best friend! And if you’re equally as pale as me (which I’m not sure is even possible…). Then here is what is new from the fake tan gods over at St Tropez.
St.Tropez gradual tan glow £9
When it comes to fake tan, I’m more of a gradual tanner, than a ‘oh look I’ve just come back from three weeks in the Caribbean’ kind of tan. Which is why I love this new gradual tan. It adds an instant, albeit subtle, bronze to your skin while gradually building a healthy sunkissed glow. The formula is incredibly lightweight and hydrating on your skin. It’s quick drying and the best bit is that it doesn’t smell like other fake tans! I also love how you can use this to build up to the colour you want.
St Tropez Instant Tan Finishing Gloss £12
So this finishing gloss is a little different to the gradual tanner. You can use this to enhance an existing tan or on your own for an instant boost. I love the idea of this and think this would be a great product to use on holiday. Although personally seeing as I’m as a pale as I am. I think I’ll have to use this once I already have some kind of a base colour.
St Tropez instant tan 3-in-1 sculpt powder £18
Now even if you’re not a fan of fake tan. I doubt you could argue that this doesn’t look just a little bit amazing! This is their new 3-in-1 Bronzing Powder that you can use to naturally enhance your complexion for a lovely glow. You can also use this on your body to add an extra glow to your chest, arms or legs. You could also use these powders to add a little definition – though I think I’m a long way from adding sculpted abs to my tum!
What do you think of these new St Tropez tanning products? What fake tan brands do you like to use?
