I don’t know about everyone else but a smile really is the best accessory. Well I mean I’m sure a Chanel handbag would be a better accessory. But seeing as I don’t have one of those (yet). My smile is definitely my best accessory at the moment. And I don’t know about you, but I’m forever looking at ways to brighten my smile. After all so many people can be self-conscious about how their teeth look so who doesn’t want whiter teeth? I know I certainly do. Which is why I’ve been on a bit of a mission to get a brighter and white smile.
So what have I been doing to get this? Well changing my toothbrush really helped. I’ve recently converted to using an electric toothbrush and this one from Oral B is just brilliant at whitening my teeth. I have the Oral-B Smart Series 4000 CrossAction electric toothbrush. Which allows you to connect with the Oral B app to give you real-time feedback on your brushing habits. And having that information has definitely helped! Plus as the head moves, rotates and pulsates to surround each tooth it can remove 100% more plague than a regular toothbrush. Which again has helped with brightening my smile. I got mine from Tooth Stars. As well as showing the best deals on where to get a new toothbrush from, they also have loads of tips on how to get a brighter and whiter smile. Give general dental health advice and help you find a dentist.
So along with my new toothbrush, I’ve also been using some at home whitening products to really brighten my smile. And two that I’ve been loving are the Janina Ultra White Activated Charcoal Toothpaste. And the Janina Ultra White Clean & White Teeth Whitening Foam. While the toothpaste is a little unusual in that it contains charcoal. It really does work to help remove stains without causing harm to the enamel. And the whitening foam is a great extra to use a few times a week. As it whitens but also cleans teeth at the same time. Plus the small tube is really handy to carry around for on-the-go teeth whitening.
