When it comes to home décor and home inspiration, I’m forever looking at ways to change my space and update rooms. Particularly my bedroom. Afterall, there really is no better sanctuary than a bedroom, right? So let me talk you through my bedroom wishlist.
As you can see at the moment I really love a mix of brown, metallic and rose gold. To me these colours and shades work well together to create a cosy but glamorous feel to any bedroom. Which is what I’m desperate to recreate!
So the first thing I want to update in my bedroom is the curtains. I currently have a blackout blind, but just having a blind looks a little bland, so I really want to add a little drama with these gorgeous Kylie Minogue curtains from Yorkshire Linens. I’ve found that curtains can completely change the look and feel of a space. Whether you want something quite dramatic and romantic or light and airy, curtains really can make a room. And these metallic ones will look amazing with the all products I’ve picked up.
Next on the list is a new bed. I really need a new bed and this one looks so lovely and comfy. To me it looks like the kind of bed you’d find in a posh country hotel room and who wouldn’t want to recreate that in their bedroom? Next is the rose gold accessories. It’s no secret that I love rose gold and these candle holders and lampshade are just gorgeous and also affordable.
Next on the wishlist are the arrow and heart lights. I love these. Especially the rustic feel to them. Unfortunately these are not very affordable at almost £300 for each one, but their the kind of products that will really make a room – I just need to hunt down some cheaper alternatives!
Finally on the wishlist are the bedside tables and the rug. I love the trunk feel of these tables and the mix of metallic and brown leather which would look lovely with the brown rug.
So this is what’s currently on my bedroom wishlist, what’s on your wishlist?
